ETS provides specialised technical services in all areas of instrumentation. We use a large range of pneumatic and electronic test equipment which is NATA Certified, and is able to repair and calibrate field instrumentation of any Manufacture and size. All ETS technicians are qualified Instrument Technicians, with vast experience In installation, calibration, commissioning, fault identification and repair of Process instrumentation across a wide variety of process industries.

All ETS technicians are qualified WA electrical workers available for maintenance, installation and commissioning activities as required. Problem identification, repair and recommendations for higher reliability are all part of our team’s commitment to our clients. 

We also have available Qualified High Voltage Technicians if needed, as well as Refrigeration Technicians as a part of our work team.

ETS has a department dedicated to all installing work, no matter the size, from one hour to 6 months; no job is too big or small. Our focus is supplying the customer requirements on time and on budget.

We have an experienced team who are able to provide the complete range of Electrical and Instrument infrastructure requirements. Project Management, site supervision and scheduling are all part of the ETS construction team.

At ETS we have personnel available to fault find, perform minor/major changes or start a complete program from scratch on a variety of systems, we have all your programming needs covered.

With excellent supplier relationships, and a well-designed workshop, our workshop team only supply the very best in panel and switchboard workmanship.

• Site drawing data bases are a very powerful tool used by the maintenance team in all aspects of plant maintenance. ETS provide precision paper to CAD service, CAD drafting service, CAD conversions for any instrument/electrical project.

• We have talented drafting operators who will manually re-draw your paper, PDF or TIF files into CAD. Drawings can then be returned to you in three different formats, paper, PDF or CAD. ETS staff will work closely with all clients to ensure that the final CAD files match the requirements of each project exactly.

• We are also available to audit your site drawing data base to help get an idea of the status of your drawing database, and working with the customer on a plan to improve the drawing data base back to a level where drawings will once again become a handy tool.

• We are able to work with your specific layering standards, blocks, etc. or can start from the beginning should these not be available.

• We can also upgrade your CAD drawings, so minor changes, any changes can be reflected on your drawings, keeping your drawing data base 100% up to date.

ETS have extensive experience in providing services in a shutdown team environment. These services include all areas of installation, completing project tie-ins, performing performance and reliability calibrations, providing commissioning assistance and supporting ongoing testing and maintenance activities after the shutdown.

ETS is able to supply Supervisors, Planners, Instrument Technicians and Electricians with relevant industry experience and competencies. ETS technicians are more than just a hired hand to make up the numbers; our team will assist/complete with fault identifications, plus give recommendations as part of a pro-active maintenance team.

ETS can also assist the client in the development and schedule of maintenance routines.
